‘Spice a help me furnish my house’ - Super fan continues lucky streak at events hosted by the artiste

To say Lashawanett 'Mumma Lashy' Sanderson is Spice's biggest fan would be an understatement.

The 24-year-old, who has been following the deejay since she was 15, says she idolises the queen of dancehall so much, that her nickname in high school was 'Spice's daughter'.

She attends almost every local show at which the entertainer is scheduled to make an appearance, and is usually among the lucky winners whenever the queen decides to give stuff away to her loyal fans.

Sanderson walked away with an AC unit on Tuesday morning while attending Spice's birthday bash at Mas Camp, after wowing the crowd and the queen herself with her best Spice impersonation.

Speaking with THE STAR after her win, Sanderson said she would not stop following Spice and entering her on-stage contests because her knowledge of, and her tendency to act like the deejay, will always guarantee her a win.

"A me idol dat. Me a follow her from me eye deh a me knee, from she sing di song weh she say ' me's a girl me nuh fight ova man'. The way me love Spice, fi me sweet 16, me buy one shoes a Spicey Couture a Half-Way Tree when me coulda buy it anywhere else; a so me frighten over her," she said. "A di second sup'm dis me win a one show weh she deh. Me win one microwave already and now the AC, and she not even understand say a she a furnish out my house. Anything she a keep, me deh deh."

She added: "We want she give away some king-size bed yah now, cuz me wah win one to. Hey Lady Spice, big up yuh damn self. Yuh notice when yuh ask fi sing a song, me come up wid one a di old song dem; me a real, real, real fan. Mumma Lashy a say dis."

Sanderson was one of three winners of a brand new AC unit at Spice's Cool It edition birthday celebration.
