Bounty, Capleton to fire up Stone Love party on Saturday

Organisers of the 2018 edition of Stone Love Anniversary Dance are promising a dancehall extravaganza like no other.

The event, which will be hosted by Capleton and Bounty Killer, takes place this Saturday at Sabina Park, South Camp Road, Kingston.

"We have changed the format so that people can just dance the night away and have fun," said Stone Love owner Winston Powell. "There will be no long talking, just good music and good vibes a good night spent with the Stone Love family and two of dancehall's greatest legends."

Helping the dynamic hosts Capleton and Bounty Killer keep the energy levelled up will be well-known DJs Boom Boom, Escobar, Digital Chris, DJ Cha Cha, Alanzo Hawk, Welton Irie, and Allan Lad from Canada. The organisers said that there will also be surprise guest artistes and lots of giveaways to keep die-hard Stone Love fans in high spirits.

Christelle Harris, marketing director of Rum Fire White Overproof Rum, one of the sponsors, has promised free drinks for those who arrive early.

"We will fire up the first 600 patrons with complimentary 'Issa Rumfire Ting!' cocktails and offer specials all night," she said.
